Hi everyone, is there any way to inject a new module/dependency into the docker setup through yaml config or something? We are trying to install pcov in our spryker containers to speed up code coverage generation for codeception/phpunit Thanks!

Probably the only way is to build Your own Docker image based on Spryker

@high-pencil-62400 as you are the expert on most issues: do you know of any other way? 🙂

You should go with custom base image if you need an extension. 1. Create Dockerfile
Copy code
FROM spryker/php:7.4-alpine13 # Or the base image you already use

# here is the code to install extension
RUN ...
2. Build the image using
docker build
3. Push the image into docker hub in your own repository 4. Change the base image in all your deploy.ymls.
At the moment no other way
Or you can fork and extend docker/sdk, however you will need to maintain updates
