I would guess that pretty much depends on what is the role of a Spryker OS for the project, target groups, legal and advisory requirements that need to be matched, etc.
So even if there is a case study on let's say selling spare parts in the auto motive section it might not cover your requirements.
In general Sprykers product catalog can fit almost any case and if not can be replaced by a self developed one, for example for complete different approaches on products.
Same goes for fulfillment automation, there is the order state machine and the state machine to allow such automations, but how easy it is and if those fit the requirements depends pretty much on the case.
Spryker is not focused on automotive but more generalized on any transactional business models, so very specialized features that are necessary for a special areas in the automotive sector might not be covered by Spryker. But Spryker is pretty much adaptable to any scenario, just the effort depends.
If you ask for sales support here, you might better get into contact with the Spryker sales team, they are very helpful in providing material and preparation for proposals.
One material I know of is
https://spryker.com/insights/automotive-playbook/, but if this covers what you ask for I don't know, because the question is very vague.
At the end of the page there is Felix Buehner listed, how might be the best address for you to speak about automotive with Spryker.
