#help Hi everyone, I was going through agent assist feature in b2c-demo website. Are there any logs or db table where activities of agent user like information about which customer agent assisted, what did agent user assisted customer with etc. are being tracked? Same questions for normal back office user.

Not out of the box, we have build this feature from scratch for one of our customers, as there was nothing in Spryker
