I have been issues with composer update and outdated command. It ends up with curl error 55. Package it fails to upload or download is random however package itself is accessible if I try to browse it directly via url.
For instance,
One of the time I received an error with “https://repo.packagist.org/p2/spryker/catalog~dev.json” however this URL itself is accessible via url. Enclosing the screenshot for reference.
