ah so that was for testing purposes, this was important to clarify! In that case I’d leave the plugin/facade etc as is, but rather look for setting the dependency of the Computop adapter with a stub that would not send http requests, and “expect” to get the right object (or json or whatever). The main idea should be - try to stub the component which is as further on the execution path as possible
