is there any method to get all the urls by locale (from redis/urlstorageclient)?

Not to my knowledge as this is something you probably rarely need on Yves/Glue. But you could use the storage client with the following if you have prefixed all your urls with a locale or at least language. E.g.: url:/en/n2xh-j-n2xh-o-m53100

$keys = \Spryker\Client\Storage\StorageClientInterface::getKeys('url:/en/*');

$urlStorageEntries = \Spryker\Client\Storage\StorageClient::getMulti($keys);
