    I was not able to create a request, used the audio workaround to pass the captcha but sending just reloads the page. Prefilled email address is also not marked as filled, so you have to write it manually. Win10 Chrome & IE

    @fresh-tent-43300 thanks for info. This issue is not reproducible for us for some reason, so i will remove the captcha for logged in users altogether

    Regarding the email, i needed to remove prefilling for now (in the sense that a value is put there), as people were confused by it (if portal user configured is using different email than theirs, etc). So it now just suggests the email that is configured for the user without putting it as value

    Hi I tried to create a new case - using Chrome on Mac, being logged in - but I cannot complete the captcha, and also sometimes the e-mail address is not valid although it is filled correctly. In incognito window without being logged in it worked.

    if you are referring to add blockers or similar things I don't have any plugins, I have extensions like xdebugger, Page Ruler but none that should block the captcha

    <!here> to everyone that was having problems with captcha. We could never reproduce it so we don't know what was wrong. It is probably a combination of factors. We now have removed the captcha from the portal for logged in users. So if you continue to have problems, please log in and you should be good.

    It would be great to have a link on “suggested solutions” to the knowledge db entry which is suggested. Seeing the title and half of the url is useless 🙂
