I mean... I was one of the founding members, but it's people like Alyssa who are doing most of the work... I'm really struggling with being in an administrative position. I'm not doing as much as much as needs to be done. We're at the place right now where skilled organizers are who we need, and other people (like me) can do the magic, as it were. Eventually filling the positions more perfectly will be a thing, but we're really just needing administration and organizational folks to make sure everything gets done in time...
