Opinion: these fires are far from MM
Power outages along the highway have been an issue in previous years during fire season, but this year power looks good along the 101, even in Santa Rosa.

the Glass Fire (by Santa Rosa) is growing, but it's mostly headed East. Fires aren't very good at getting thru urban areas to the highway, but it is possible things could change and the 101 could be closed at some point. Pretty sure there are ok workarounds in this area
