2022 Work Weekend Project: Waste sorting stations & signage • revamp Central Kitchen sorter • revamp Stage House sorter • new sorter at Jennifer • new sorter at Gate House (lower priority) • swap out laminated paper signage for aluminum signage that Mack has onsite Potential dates: • May 20–22 weekend is available, though somewhat distasteful to weary travellers • June 10–12 is not • week_days_ are more available and there is internet on site if we want to remote work; Mack will send speedtest results to me (and says she’s sent them to @square-country-13088?); this could open up something funny like May 23–25 • A potential ideal time would be the week after #big-stick-2022, since the two properties are pretty close to each other, but this could be a logistical challenge (I’m willing 😄 ) right before the June 10 weekend • If we can’t get this done by June 10, Mack says to scrap the project for this year • I told her I’d at least get build plans and updated signage designs so we have the project ready to go whenever we want Post-BSS22 idea • Sometime in June 7–10, 2022 (Tue-Fri) • If we do the post-BSS22 plan and there is stuff/art we used at BSS22 that we want to use for SoEl, Mack says we could leave it at MM(!) until we return in September. This only works if there is stuff we don’t want to use between June and September, of course. • The event June 9–11 is a total buyout of the property with first-time young event producers who Mack says exhibit “immature noncommunication and lack of followthrough” who could use our seasoned party-throwing wisdom and thus are less likely to balk at us building/installing some shit at their party • Since it’s a total buyout, our team would camp/build at Gate House side yard or stay at Main Lodge as MM staff and then transport built projects to their final locations

I could do May date, kitchen and stage sorting are meaningful to me. Signage maybe if we have many hands. Not interested in June date myself Glad she has inexperienced producers in there, makes us look good

Hesitant about weekday bc • big stick is quite soon after • trauma from trusting mack to provide working space then failing with more blame than apology • i think i'd have more fun at home

I probably cannot do late May because I'll be moving AND my parents are visiting on the weekend of the 20th 😞 I'm also not up for the week after Big Stick, though, sooooo I'm bascially useless sorry
