• Using Great Oak as an “acoustic” music area was quite nice. I’m not sure this would work with a 250 person party (BBJ was 90), as it uses up a bunch of prime camping space….but it’s shady and chill and was decorated with tree chandeliers and the Music Instrument Library and a tea setup. I guess I’m wondering if we should do the same and have less party at the Lanai and leave that to be a chiller food/community space (we can bring bluetooth speakers there for a little noise)

Interesting. great oak is a lot of reeeeally prime shade, and flat. On the other hand it would make sense to do something central like that.

Musical Instrument Library around the oak. I think it’s fine to have acoustic near camping. Loggers late night is much safer than lake, tho lake was pretty lit. Should we put the stage out there? genny out at loggers should be easy enough Lanai is then the food land only. I think it will still naturally attract a lot of people.

I was still planning on doing ren faire at the lanai / old stage
