Hi <@U01JVDKASAC> - sent a DM on this but posting publicly in case anyone else knows what's happening

Seed is failing a build for us with an odd error
```command not found: sst
ERROR: There was an error synthesizing your app.```
SST is installed as a dependency in the app at version 0.53.0

Locally I can run
```./node_modules/.bin/sst build --stage eon-prod```
successfully

I think this might have been a package-lock corruption. I've deleted and recreated node_modules and package-lock.json and now it works
