Hi all, I just wanted to share this document that we’ve been working on recently — How we work It covers what we are working on as a team, why we are working on it, and how we build products internally. It also talks about the cultural values that matter to us as a team. A lot of you already have a pretty good idea of how we work. But publishing this publicly I think allows us to be more transparent with you all. And I think it’ll help keep us accountable to the standard we want to strive towards. Also, if there are areas that aren’t covered on here that you’d like to know more about, just let us know! This document is a work in progress and we want to keep improving it.

Is there any article on how the website works? you guys use a CMS or something? or maybe is open source already.

We use Jekyll for this site https://github.com/AnomalyInnovations/serverless-stack-com. It’s all markdown and we deploy it to Netlify.
