If full access to cloudformation is added to a user, does that mean that user can spin and use other stacks created by other SST users?

, yeah if full permission is given, they are able to create, remove, update, etc an existing stack.

. that's as I expected. but that's not the case for us still 😢. Perhaps we have some over-riding permission. I'll share my findings.

AWSCloudFormationFullAccess
to our group. Debugging with the IAM Policy Simulator now
