07/23/2021, 4:39 PMYeah, this really sucks. In our case serverless is not an option, we are using a third party container that we are hosting on ecs.

Yeah, for dev stages, we just deploy to public subnets. For staging, use 1 az, so single NAT. And we do what we have to do for prod.
