I am trying to create a user but getting an error shown in the image. I am following the notes app tutorial. Can someone guide me on what I am doing wrong?

I pretty sure it has to do with windows and power shell and how it handles the \ in commands - if I remember correctly I edited it into a single line and was able to make that work. It's been a bit so my recollection is not 100% clear - hope this helps.
