AWS issues again 😬

Maybe this is why I can't sign in to twilio

So this outage should have had very little impact on a standard serverless app, right? e,g, dynamo, lambda, apig Because everything should already be deployed in multiple AZs and will failover - did anyone see if that actually happened? I ask because there was an issue in us-west-2 a couple of months ago, which seemed to only affect one AZ, yet this failover didn’t happen there. There were noticed on the status page telling you to fail over to another AZ, but no way of doing that manually for a serverless stack
