does anyone here particularly like / dislike projen?

I like the idea of it but haven't liked using it.

What's your experience with it? Some people really love it. I'm probably a control freak or something.

I'm just digging into it after hearing about it forever 1. I like the problem it's solving 2. I hate jsii and everything that follows CDK design patterns typically sucks so I'm wary 3. I'd like sst to distribute templates to it but that means all users will be forced into using projen My main thing is I want a better way to manage our boilerplates/examples/starters. Checking out preset.dev as well

There's a #projen channel at cdk.dev and some folks there really love it. I try to follow along, but much like tailwindcss, I don't get it.

What is it?

I've used https://www.hygen.io/ for this in the past. preset.dev looks more feature rich at first glance.
