@bored-garage-89327 were you using email/password before or have you always logged in via Google SSO
Have you already moved to Google GSuite? If so I'll reset all users from Verivest and once they log in with Google SSO it should resolve the issue

Always sso but the domain registration changed, we had some issues with Google products too
