Hey @abundant-crowd-2724 we don't currently support that capability, but what I'd recommend is to create a collection, bulk add Tableau items to that collection and then set the permissions on the collection. It's much faster to bulk add resource to a collection on the catalog page. Let me know if that works as a temporary workaround
