secoda Evening my fellow Secoda colleagues. I would like to raise an issue I am facing right now about Confluence Extensions.🧵 Thread...
I created a Confluence Extension, setup was OK, initial sync was OK but no Confluence documents appear in my left menu. When asked Secoda AI, it 'finds' a couple of documents here and there, but when opened they are blank, no Confluence information is shown. On top, when navigating the upper page structure, the URL does not find the hierarchy. Just in case it is related, we are based in EU and our domain is https://eu.secoda.co/.

Hey @quick-house-6813 We're investigating why the documents are not getting extracted. Will keep you posted with updates - appreciate your patience! As for the AI interactions - is the AI listing out the correct names of the documents? This could be an instance where the AI makes an educated guess.

Not really. The list is incomplete and I guess it is related to the very first, cancelled syncing

Hey @quick-house-6813 Thanks for checking in regarding the Confluence documents issue - our team is still actively looking into this. Appreciate your patience. In the mean time, we would recommend ensuring that the configuration is up to date and the connection account has the right permissions. More details on the connection requirements can be found here. As for your question regarding billings - with which integration is this in regards to? I noticed that there are 4 integrations in your plan and 6 active integrations on your workspace. Do you have any specific concerns about the active integrations that we can address? If this is in relation to Confluence itself - Confluence is a productivity extension, not an integration. Are you noticing anything on your end? Appreciate the clarifications!

@quick-house-6813 I just reviewed latest Confluence integration failure as well. This is likely an authentication/authorization issue where the credentials or permissions to access the resource are incorrect. To resolve this issue, we'd recommend checking the authentication credentials being used to access the URL and ensure that the client has the necessary permissions to retrieve the user information from the Atlassian Confluence API. Hey @quick-house-6813 We've rolled out a fix for Confluence documents not getting extracted. I noticed that there are more documents getting pulled in with the latest extraction. Could you review on your end? Let us know if the issue is persistent or if you have any questions.

Hey @adamant-area-57035 glad to inform you that Confluence pages are now displayed under Documents in Secoda. I guess your team did the magic with the syncing visibility. Now testing some behaviors to ensure it works as we expect. Coming back to you if something strange pops-up
