Are those missing datasets in the same location as the ones that are being imported successfully @little-portugal-52201? Sometimes that leads to issues

Yes @little-portugal-52201, if you put the data location in this screenshot in the Location parameter in the Secoda BQ integration connection details, you’ll should resolve the issue.
