Hey Benoit, thanks for pointing this out. The reason why this is happening is because the catalog page is retrieving data from Elasticsearch whereas the actual resource is being retrieved from our database. The update that’s occurring to keep elasticsearch in sync with the database is why you’re seeing a discrepency.
The main thing though, is that the items that you’ve pointed out are indeed bugs and we’ll be fixing them early this week. I’ll keep you updated in this thread as we make progress on them.

staging.stg_prod_checkout_history
for example

Are the discrepancies on the published/draft field? If that’s the case I’d toggle between them and then if there’s still a discrepancy let me know. The bug fix didn’t retroactively fix things with discrepancies.

Yes it is. It might be that it’s a remnant of the old bug
