I see a "Column" filter but not sure what this stuff is, don't appear to be columns

Oh I see, you’re referring specifically to the filter. Noted We’ll fix that
You can search by the column name using the search FWIW (see video)

Okay gotcha, didn't realize that it was searching column names under the hood, would be nice to show that somehow for resources like "park_id" is a column in this table

yea the issue I think is the user might not know what the column is called or contains but not the exact syntax. When searching some of our columns show up in multiple tables. When you search a column a bunch of results show up and its not super clear why that result was returned when trying to search based on a specific column
results in a fustrating experience when trying to find what you are looking for.
