All, is there a way to not have the Secoda invite email go out? If we are adding users with SSO, the Secoda email is not needed. as they get an invite from the SSO provider and then get to secoda through there.

Hey Kevin, hope you're well! Just to confirm, are the domains for those emails already part of the "allowed domains" list in the workspace security settings?
a
Hi Prab, they are not since we host an external data community. We have to register these users individually within Secoda.
b
Ah okay, understood. Let me quickly check to see if there’s any possibility to have these notifications disabled if users login for the first time through SSO.
a
Well, I think I am mainly talking about when I register the users in Secoda. It sends them an invitation email.
e
Hey Kevin, what was the email of the user you invited?
a
I just created a throwaway user: sasisow545@darkse.com
Also, the email that goes out includes my personal name? I think in scenarios where teh invite does go out, it shouldnt use the persons name.
Perhaps when SAML is forced this email doesnt go out, but it does make sense when a user needs to set a password within the Secoda app.
