Hi Jose! If it's public, it should appear on the Teams page to all members. It might need a refresh after switching the team!

i cant atached an image (bank polices), but we refreshed the app and it still dont appear.
it may need a double check about the buttom to change from private to public (the team name is "Business Inteligence")

Interesting! Looking into your workspace, I can see that the team is Public and viewable. Are you able to send a screenshot in a private message or over email?
When you say it doesn't appear, do you mean in the Sidebar, or in the Teams page? For the team to appear in the side bar, the member has to join the team which they are able to do from the Teams page!

i just understand how the other people can join to the team! thanks
but i have another question, on the team that i mentioned, we have some documents that i think they are public too (beccause they are on the public team), but when a regular user try to enter to the document, it appear a request action, how we can publish a public document?
m
A few follow up questions: 1. What is the role of the user? 2. Does the document have a status of published?
b
1. is a viewer
2. its publishes
the name is "NPS - ISN"

This should happen automatically, so I'll flag it with the team, however what you can do if the permissions don't seem to adjust after making a team public, is go to the sharing button on the resource and click on Reset Permissions. This will override any existing permissions and inherit it from what has been set on the Team.
