search and @ tagging are either returning nothing or sometimes a small collection of old and unrelated docs. Related resources in the sidebar says "searching" and then generally fails to find docs with the term provided ("No entity found")

Sure. One example - trying to relate this <https://app.secoda.co/questions/38d3828d-7690-426f-b738-53d9f6fa23de|FAQ> and this <https://app.secoda.co/dictionary/23a55672-6c40-47a8-8420-a4a9dfb262fa|dictionary term>. At-mentioning in the body of the text on either or in the "related" section of the FAQ doesn't return anything. Searching for the keyword "pendo" in global search doesn't return either page despite the keyword appearing in both titles and in the body of each page.
