Right, this makes sense. Essentially enable you to add lineage to tables with no lineage at all. @lively-helicopter-98030 I think this is a great request now that we have the manual ability.

03/18/2023, 4:31 PMAnother use case for this ‘feature’ is a migration scenario e.g moving from a legacy system to mda one… these legacy systems deserve as well being documented and cataloged till they are fully revamped and then deprecated

04/10/2023, 8:44 AMFeature works fine but it raises another improvement or new feature: Manual Catalog. In my lineage several tables are used by a Periscope view, that is used in a Periscope widget belonging to a Periscope dashboard. As Periscope is not supported by Secoda, I cannot add these entities anywhere in the lineage, so i cannot have the end-to-end view. As a feature request, these non-integrated entities should exist ‘somewhere’ in the Catalog sidebar menu (maybe under a ‘Manual Resources’ sub-menu, where you can create manual entities as they where documents, so the lineage tab is available as well cc @limited-solstice-12595 @elegant-house-93198
