Blue yeti all the way. Some of the others are marginally better for certain use cases but blue yeti is the most versatile and popular. You’ll see plenty of tutorials from the past 5 years for almost any set up you want to try

I hear that it has a condenser mic and there is a chance to pick up any background noise unlike others especially in a home or office environment outside of a studio Any thoughts
m
That is true. But you will typically want to record in a relatively silent room anyway. And it’s easy enough to remove room noise with any audio editing tool like audacity. Only time it becomes a problem is if you’re planning to record outdoors
s
Ok. I suspect our office/ home environment might have small noise issues like honking from the roadside, mild AC noise, door entry exit sounds.
m
That’s almost entirely removable. You’ll want to record a few minutes without the speakers speaking and use that as a noise profile. That’ll capture the room buzz, minor honking etc. and you can remove similar sounds from the actual speaking parts.

Thanks.
Very useful.
Any particular BlueYeti model
