Hi Melvin - it is mostly reaching out to support, finding out the root cause and getting fixed it at the earliest to have the account up and running.
Any idea on why the account got disabled in first place?

Not sure Srikanth. We were running for India geo which was working fine, but when we started for US, the account got disabled.

Fastest way to reach them is via scheduling a Meta Marketing pro call with them and ask that representative to escalate this issue. It's very fast than any other method.
