There was a rss feed poster for twitter that tweeted the title plus url of the blogs you configured it with. Something dlvr.it if I am not mistaken. Their premise was that people usually end up sharing content from publications to appear knowledgeable. They automated the entire thing. So every time your fav publication pushed out a blog/article you tweet it automatically
