Weird vanity question that I keep thinking about from time to time.
n
It doesn't really matter tbh

My take- Have team members in at least 4 departments in your company.
Yeah, I agree. It doesn't matter at all. Asking mostly for entertainment.

You should use such title if you can justify to the world 😁 otherwise you are just kidding yourself
Also the title comes with certain heavy responsibilities, you should be doing most of that atleast
And if you are asking yourself the question then most likely you are not ready yet
i
Oh. It's not for myself. I know I'm not going to be calling myself a CEO anytime soon. I get reminded of this every time I target CEOs on LinkedIn and before adding any other filters see the numbers.

It could also be fun to understand others' perspectives and see comparative numbers.

Less than 50 and less than 100k arr I would feel Its hard to justify, there could be outliers to this 🙏

When you don’t know who your new hire is and/or when you were not personally involved in new hiring. (personally involved = didn’t had single conversation before hiring)

These are such interesting perspectives. Both the one based on PMF and hiring make sense! I especially like the hiring qualifier.
