Not sure why you're looking for agencies for this but my take on building product tours is that it doesn't really require any particular kind of expertise, per se. The only two things needed are, 1. An unrivalled understanding of your product and customers, which only the internal employees will have. 2. Good copywriting skills. Appcues and Userflow are good alternatives for this. There are many platforms that can help you with many different formats for building product tours though. Happy to answer any other questions on this!!

Hi Anand. Thank you for your insights. Let me give you a little more context. We are on an early stage startup and I do have experience in building these tours using intercom and user pilot. My team is fully into building product now and we have very little time to work on content. We don’t want to get distracted in writing the documentations. Hence we thought of outsourcing it. Do let me to know your thoughts on this.

Hi Mohammad! Instead of an agency you could look for interns? They would probably just need a demo unless you are addressing super complicated things. Or let me introduce you to someone who helped us with content in general. She can take this up too.
