Database quality wise both Apollo and Slintel are quite good in US market. Rest you can check for your individual use case/pricing/features you need.

Slintel for technographics, Apollo for everything else, Zerobounce even though Apollo says validated emails.

For funding related data, Crunchbase is pretty good. It also has an integration with HubSpot and is pretty inexpensive.

Apollo.io is competing very well with Zoominfo

Check out Demandbase! They have a data cloud that is a great alternative to zoominfo, apollo and lusha. They also provide account/contact level information including (email, phone, linkedin inmail, etc).
