Most Marketing Ops folks generally take in request as per their manager (Not an optimal way, but reality š¤·š½āāļø) I would ask it if you were given a chance to prioritise Marketing Operations requests (on the analytics front) how would you optimise?
Another question I would ask (depending on if your hiring for mid - senior level folks)
ABC is looking to move its GTM from Sales led (example) to PLG (example). How would the MarTech stack change and what other data points would you incorporate
