Used HubSpot as the MAP and Zoho as the CRM.

@Swarnendu Dutta can you share what made you choose HubSpot as a MAP? What all can you do with it?

Have used both for marketing automation. Personally, I liked Zoho better for big lead nurturing sequences and Hubspot better for small automations. Rest assured, Hubspot is much more easy to use and understand than Zoho.

I wont recommend Zoho for CRM. You can try the other players out there.

@Nishchal Joshi Flexibility, ease or use, intuitive, integrations, prompt support - they have ops hub as well which can be used on top of marketing hub to use more advanced features like webhooks, APIs, custom code inside flows.
