You need to keep a regular check on your bank’s e-mandate hub and approve all payments in a timely manner

You can talk to your bank about getting alerts in case you aren’t getting approval alerts on time. It’s a rigorous process, but it’s the only thing that works

One more option - Get your account converted to monthly invoicing, if it’s happening because of payment issues.
