How do I access the candidates on this list? I'm hiring for 3 roles in my team.

@Shaf I have no. of some HR's of good companies. I think this might help folks to get job.

Hey @Deb Mukherjee - we plan to roll it out soon. Demand follows supply ;)
d
@Shaf gotcha! It'd be awesome if you could release it this month.

Great initiative folks @Shaf @rohit, and everyone involved. One small input. Probably not an immediate problem to look into, but is there any thought behind ensuring this doesn’t become another database to which people (recruiters, founders, and hiring managers) have access, but nothing happens post that. There have been quite a few posts in the Anon channel around this wherein people are: 1. Posting about various job roles they are hiring for, and when interested folks reach out, there has been no response for days/weeks. 2. Posting that they are looking out and a lot of folks commenting to either DM or connect, and things don’t move anywhere after that. Here are my 2 cents: 1. Only some will be interested in or fit for some roles. 2. As a starter, share only the LinkedIn Profiles (or any up-to-date online profile) of job aspirants with recruiters, founders, and hiring managers. 3. It’s a handshake. Let recruiters, founders, and hiring managers put in some work. If they find a profile suitable, they can always DM the person here on slack. P.S.: The assumption here is that this repository/database contains information beyond the standard ones, i.e., Name/Company/Current Profile/LinkedIn URL. I would never want my resume/cv to float around just like that. (personal choice) P.P.S: Please ignore if this sounds like a shitty thought.

Hey @Vijay, thanks for sharing your thoughts with us. I completely understand the pain-point you're talking about. In the current scenario, the recruiters have an upper hand. Hence we would err on the side of making it easier for recruiters to sift through the candidate list. We want more and more leads come to job seekers so they can get a better job, negotiate better, etc.
