Which is the best hosting site for a wordpress site? We are currently hosted on wp-engine but facing frequent crashes due to noisy neighbours..and the dedicated IP cost is 400 dollars per month

Siteground or namecheap

Host on your own. A $20 server on AWS is all you need. Connect your AI to your server to fix bugs and security patches etc.

i would suggest to go with cloudways, one of the best support, and it's dedicated cloud server

Can a non technical person keep up with it...like updates and all will it be managed by them and does it support WordPress website?

Yes, and yes

hostinger is also pretty easy to maintain and very cost effective.

any thoughts on Kinsta

Hostinger is a big no. They have a server level security module that will show captcha to your visitors and even Google bot. This will mess up your google ranking. reddit.com/search?q=hostinger+bot+verifi…&…
