Hi folks. Lately, we have been getting 15-20 form fills per day, which have Gibberish filled in the first name, last name, etc. We set up the Gibberish filter on HubSpot, which has been able to stop these from coming in. However, we are now receiving form fills with different names (from the email) and different company names. In both cases, most of these are junk/spam submissions. 1. check enriched company name. If it says something like 10minutemail or temp-email, isolate, purge, block. 2. add captcha to the form for a while.

Thanks. The issue is the emails are of legit companies; but doesn't match the name given and hardly relevant ICPs. Thinking of captcha but it might be bad CX for legit leads.

Captcha is the only good way to handle this. If you offer something they care about they won’t mind solving a captcha. Try invisible captcha and see if that works for you.

You can solve this easily by creating a silent honeypot field ie Highest ROI. Then create a rule stating if all fields filled then auto disqualify. Bots fill all fields humans don't.
