Not sure about investors but customer success and sales team in most SaaS does keep your contact information in one place, I know Outplay has features to do it, I don’t know about the rest.

I suspect the data flow is Calendar -> CRM -> Marketing Automation. There are a lot of tools that can do Calendar/Mail to CRM. My money would be that Outreach or Clari is doing this.

Which ones come to the top of your mind for the ‘Calendar/Mail > CRM’ flow @sravan?

Outreach/Salesloft if you are conversing with an SDR. Clari/Nektar if you are conversing with an AE/AM/CSM. These tools add Contacts to an Opportunity for better forecasting accuracy.

Automate @Rishabh Rastogi. You can do this either on MAP or Sales engagement tools like Salesloft and Outreach.
