The issue: My automation setup on Beehiiv is mistakenly marking new subscribers as inactive. I am thinking probably because the trigger is "if unengaged, without days or clicks in 56 days". Since new subscribers haven’t had a chance to engage yet, they’re being flagged as inactive. As per their article, I did the same "To exclude new subscribers from being marked as unengaged, you can use the Unengaged Trigger with specific conditions: Unengaged Trigger: Set the condition to count subscribers who haven't opened or clicked within a specified number of days, such as 56 days." But still, new subs are flagged as inactive. Can anyone please help here?
