#careerguidance Could someone guide whether opting for a field marketing / regional marketing role is good for my career after 2 years of product marketing, 7 years of technical marketing and 3 years of software engineering from a career standpoint? I think it means travelling but i dont have more insight from how sought after and skills is required for that role. Thoughts? Little bit about me: I like to be technical and gain experiences that develops me towards a CEO having not much clue of raw materials/skills thats needed and whether i can develop them. All i know is data storytelling, marketing and problem solving are all interesting areas i like to develop my skills further. Not sure field marketing/ regional marketing helps me take a step towards my goal and interested skills. Any support, much appreciated.
