I can share a workaround on this. If you use Slack, might be helpful. I also work in a small startup and have to take care of onboarding of my team I take the most important links that an employee needs to have access and pin them to my own DM. Then I share that message with the employee. Pin it to their conversation. Break it down into weeks along with them (depending upon their availability)

Also you can do this => Take a Google Doc. It has this thing called Building Blocks. You can quickly create a roadmap in that. Insert > Building Blocks
