Hi team, did anyone used Instantly.ai before? My email accounts have been disconnected, any idea how to reconnect them?

Have used it to warmup. What's the issue in trying to re-connect them?

They got disconnected and currently our three campaigns on instantly are active with the email accounts added. Support suggested to remove all and add them back but for that would access to passwords of the email accounts, which I don't have. We actually imported all these mailboxes from Zapmail.

Haven't used Zapmail and hence, not sure how the import works here.

Haven't used zapmail before. But if you're serious about cold emailing you should use google workspace or microsoft 365 emails since they have the best deliverability

This issue was resolved, but I would love to connect with you since Instantly.ai is new to me and I would want to learn cold e-mails strategies. Let's connect sometime in this week.
