Hey all - quick question - do your AEs update the no shows and canceled meetings on Hubspot or is there an automated system to identify such meetings?
Asking because we as a company sometimes miss following up with such meetings which could be potential customers!

We have stages designed in a such a way that if the meeting is yet to happen, the stage is set as Scheduled. And if the meeting has happened, the stage either moves up or down.
We use Revenuehero + HubSpot meetings, hence when a meeting is cancelled, a field gets updated from Revenuehero.
For no shows, the AEs mark it and follows up on it.

@Vipul Babbar can you help with how your AE team tackles this?

Our RevOps team ensures that AEs mark the correct status. Currently, this process is done manually on Salesforce, not HubSpot.
I had a chat with several AEs, and they typically create opportunities or leads for meetings. It’s mandatory for them to update the status since they have weekly catch-ups and incentives tied to these updates (Incentives on closed won deal only)
