has anyone used zoho mail for outbound emails? they blocked inbox for email volume of 40 emails per day
d
Zoho does not mess around. They bring the ban hammer rather quickly.

Recommended to keep the volume to 20 per inbox per day either way, and 2 inboxes per domain to avoid landing into promotions/spam.
p
oh just 2 inboxes, sounds good
v
Yeah 2 is ideal. Max 3. So then it becomes a simple math - Number of emails to be sent per day, divided by 20 = number of inboxes to be created (let's call this A) A divided by 2 or 3 max inboxes per domain = number of domains to be bought This should address the volume part of cold outbound. Many other parts need to be addressed to ensure you land in the primary inbox.

thanks for the help @Vikrant R Rao

Not directly answering your question. But avoid doing outbound with tools not meant for it. You need an outreach-specific tool to distribute email volumes so you can avoid getting the IP address or domain blacklisted on Google/outlook servers.

Off topic, but I agree with @Ninad, Zoho seems to be the cheaper alternative out there but the tool is really bad. We used it for 3 months for a SaaS company and the deliverability, analytics -- it was all bad
