Hi, this is not difficult to set up at all, you’ll need to involve your IT admin. Who is your email service provider — here is where you generate the CNAME records. But here’s what you’ll need: • Your DNS host (usually it’s Google Domains, GoDaddy, or AWS). • You add a CNAME records to your DNS provider • The above step is your IT Admin, or whoever has access to DNS host • Then you verify these records via your ESP

Thank you for this @sv410_ We've actually worked on most part of the suggestions listed, • Connected with our DNS host, published the required CNAME as well as TXT records. • We have also enabled custom tracking and while verifying the published records via ESP, the spf and dmarc instances are not validating. Would it be possible for us to connect reg this if you can help?
