Freshchat is reasonably priced

If you want to run ABM then checkout ZoomInfo Chat.

Not that am from the company. But, if you are evaluating alternatives, try yellow.ai too.

Happyfox is super customizable and not as expensive.

Yellow.ai I have heard about it. If you've someone who can make something out of Google Dialogflow that's great and free. Other options, Freshchat and Intercom.

For Marketing use case, Drift and ZoomInfo and Qualified chat. Terminus also has a chatbot which can work well with the full Terminus suite. I can personally vouch for ZoomInfo chat as I consulted with Insent (Got acquired by ZoomInfo). Don't go with Yellow.ai or Happyfox or Intercom. They are not marketing use case. I use Intercom to track events, do welcome emails, transactional and trigger emails + support. Not against Yellow and Intercom but they don't solve any purpose for marketing. Hubspot is good too if you have a normal use case.

How is Qualified chat ?

Qualified was competing on all the deals when I was working with Insent.ai. It's good as well. Pricing starting from $3000 a month which is on par with Drift.
