Is there no lead ‘Created on’ and ‘last modified’ datetime series column in sfdc?
s
I want to check the Lead Status column - irrespective when it was modified
s
Right but i am thinking since you want to measure days between statuses, we may need to explore timeline data / activity. At least thats the situation in msd365. Days in stage 4 = today() - 23rd January 2022 = 90 days (this is additional calculated field) Fields • Lead status = stage 4 • Last modified date on lead status = 23rd January 2022 • Lead Created on = 14th april 2021 (Lead status was new) But never explored sfdc . Looking for feedback
s
I actually wanted to measure how many leads actually ever reached a particular stage .. irrespective of the stage they are at today But your take is also interesting. Let me run some reports.
s
I am sure there's a better way so looking for more feedback from experts here. We silently awarded msd365 the least marketing automation system built in the planet last year :) Do share your findings on sfdc, thanks!

MSD365 is a PAIN! I saw their demo and i really dont get why anyone would go for MSD365 🙈
s
Hahaha! They’ve a massive Ecosystem and have got the partner playbook extremely well figured out.

@Sid look at the activity or history logs in SFDC? It should give you the the date and time of the last known lead status? Also, for custom fields make sure SFDC is recording change history (it's an option you need to enable for custom fields).
s
Yeah trying to do that somehow the Last Value filter is not working for my value 🙈
